Credit Process

The Fair Credit Reporting Act ensures that your evaluation will be fair and free of subjective information from neighbors and others concerning character or general reputation. Bankruptcy over seven years old is also prohibited from evaluation unless the principle involved in the action was $50,000 or more.

The Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, marital status, age or the fact that one's income comes in part or completely from public assistance programs.

Closing Cost Fee
